2008-09: Saw action at the UW Indoor Invitational and outdoors at the Oregon Preview.
2007-08: Outdoors, ran mainly the 400 hurdles and on both relays. Took third in the 400 hurdles at the Oregon Twilight in a season-best 55.00. Also ran on the 4x400 meter relay team that finished first (3:12.25) to help Oregon defeat UCLA in their dual meet. Season Bests: Outdoors: 400 Hurdles - 55.00, Oregon Twilight, Eugene, Ore. (5/9/08). Indoors - 400 Meters - 49.42 (PR), Husky Classic, Seattle, Wash. (2/16/08).
2006-07: Pac-10 scorer in the 4x400 meter relay. Ran key third leg at the Pac-10 Championships (fourth, 3:09.93). At season’s end, ranked top-five on team outdoors in 200 and 400 meters and indoors in the 400. Season Bests: Outdoors: 200 Meters - 22.64, Pepsi Team Invitational, Eugene, Ore. (4/7/07), 400 Meters - 49.39, California Collegiate Challenge, Berkeley, Calif. (4/28/07). Indoors: 400 Meters - 49.91, UW Invitational, Seattle, Wash. (1/27/07).
Prep: Scored top-eight finishes in Colorado 5A state final as a senior in the 200 meters (fourth) and 400 meters (fourth) and as a sophomore in the 400 meters (eighth). Also ran relays at state as a senior (4x400, second) and junior (4x200, second; 4x400, eighth). Four-year track letterwinner and three-year football letterwinner (wide receiver).
