B1G Tournament Tickets
All-session tickets to the 2025 B1G Women's Basketball Tournament will be available to request this winter. Season ticket holders and DAF donors will be emailed ordering information once available. If available, remaining tickets will be available to the public in January (on sale date TBD).
Post-Season Events hosted at Matthew Knight Arena
If Oregon is selected to host the NCAA Tournament women's basketball tournament, season ticket holders will have an opportunity to request tickets to the hosting games. Seating is not guaranteed in the same location as season tickets, and all seating is done in priority point order and years of purchase. General Ticket Information
Address Changes: To make sure you will receive any physical materials sent from our office, please submit address changes on your application. It is your responsibility to inform the Oregon Athletic Ticket Office of any changes in your address by October 1, 2025. We cannot guarantee delivery of materials for changes made after this date. Address changes can also be submitted by selecting 'My Profile' on your Account Manager page.
Children / Lap Seat Policy: Children under the age of 2 do not need a ticket to enter Matthew Knight Arena, but must sit on the lap of a ticketed patron. All patrons 2 years and up need a ticket to enter the venue.
Clear Bag Policy: Fans may bring in one (1) clear bag no larger than 12" x 6" x 12" or a 1-gallon plastic storage bag. Fans are limited to one clear bag per person, along with a small clutch or purse for privacy. CLICK HERE for further clear bag information and a visual of permitted bags.
Lost or Destroyed Tickets: With our move to mobile tickets, your tickets will always be at your fingertips. Available anytime on your smartphone, you can access your tickets via the Go Ducks Gameday App. As long as you have your phone in hand and it is charged, you'll have your tickets. If you are having troubles accessing your tickets, you can always visit our box office on gamedays.
Gates & Re-Entry: Doors open 1 hour prior to tip-off. Re-entry is not allowed.
Refunds: No refunds or exchanges are permitted unless an order cannot be filled. Refunds will not be granted due to a game time or date change.
Student-Athlete Guest Admissions: University of Oregon and Visiting School student athlete guest admissions will take place at the West Gate at Matthew Knight Arena starting 60 minutes prior to tip-off. Photo ID is REQUIRED.
The Huddle: An exclusive hospitality area located in the Founders Club at Matthew Knight Arena that includes Grab-and-go food items, ice cream and soda. The Huddle also has a cash bar and will include special events and themes throughout Big Ten play.
- $400 per seat donation required to access The Huddle.
- Doors to open 90mins prior to tipoff at the Founder's club doors.
- Mobile Tickets will be preloaded with Huddle Access that can be scanned at the doors.
- The Huddle will remain open until the end of halftime

Accessible Seating
Due to the high demand of wheelchair accessible seating in Matthew Knight Arena and new ADA regulations, the Oregon Ticket Office requests that season ticket holders who purchase wheelchair accessible season tickets only use those tickets if you or your patrons are in a wheelchair. The Ticket Office will try to accommodate any requests for customers that need limited mobility seating but are not in a wheelchair.
The Ticket Office reserves the right to exchange tickets the day of game if patrons seated in accessible seats do not require this seating. Customers who need to make accessible seat arrangements must contact the Ticket Office prior to the day of the game. Accessible exchanges are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis and are subject to availability, we cannot guarantee that requests for exchanges will be granted.
Facility Enhancement Fee / Arena Bond Fee
The Facility Enhancement Fee is a fund that will ensure that all University of Oregon athletic facilities will be maintained and improved throughout the future of Oregon Athletics. All season and individual game tickets will include a Facility Enhancement Fee. Every ticket over $8 that is sold to an event at an University of Oregon Athletic facility will have a minimum $1 fee added to it. This fee goes to the payment of the bond that was used by the University for the building of Matthew Knight Arena.
