The University Of Oregon Athletics Department takes pride in operating our athletics programs and facilities with integrity. We are dedicated to being good stewards of the physical places we work and play, being aware of our resource consumption and seizing opportunities to minimize our ecological footprint. The Athletic Department Sustainability Committee meets monthly to identify new programs, initiatives and ways to fulfill its mission to "Foster awareness and minimize our environmental impacts." In 2010, in collaboration with the Office of Sustainability, we performed a comprehensive assessment of our impacts and activities in order to identify opportunities for improvement. That document guides our work as we strive for continual improvement. Current committee members represent a broad array of department operations and are listed above.
