Online Renewal Instructions
Season ticket holders are encouraged to renew their season tickets online. It's quick, easy, and eliminates postage and paperwork!
Go to the official ticket site of Oregon Athletics (CLICK HERE):
- Choose from the following options:
- If you have never purchased tickets through our Account Manager site before: Click on the ‘Sign In’ button on the top right. Then enter the email address associated with your account and click ‘Next’. On the next screen click ‘Forgot Password’. A code will be sent to your email address. Once you enter that Reset Code, you will be able to create a password for your account.
- If you have purchased through our Account Manager site before: Sign in using the email address and password you have previously used online.
- Once signed in, you will click on the
Pay Invoice button on the bottom of the page to view your2025-26 Men's Basketball Renewal and continue through the online process as prompted. - After submitting your order and payment, you will receive a confirmation email confirming and detailing your order. Print this for your records.

NOTE: No changes or additions may be made to your renewal/order once you submit your renewal application.
Season Ticket Transfer
Current season ticket holders interested in transferring all or some of their season ticket locations to another account holder should download and print the transfer form. Transfer forms must be completed and signed by both parties and then mailed to the address on the form. The deadline to receive transfer forms is June 2nd, 2025.
Seat Selection / Seat Improvements / Seat Changes
The Oregon Athletic Ticket Office has teamed with IO Media to bring you an online, interactive, and real-time select-a-seat system for the 2025-26 Men’s Basketball Season. Every season ticket holder and DAF donor will have the opportunity to move or select new seats using our online, interactive, and real-time select a seat system for the 2025-26 Men's Basketball Season. Seat selection will occur from July 14th through the 17th, and appointment times will be sent approximately 1 (one) week in advance.
Payment
Renew online at goducks.com or mail the paper renewal application with the appropriate payment. Basketball renewal applications are not accepted by fax. Renewals can by paid for with the following payment options; Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Check, Cash (in person only), Payroll Deduction (UO employees).
Payroll Deduction: University of Oregon employees have the option to pay for their season tickets using the payroll deduction method located on the bottom right portion of the renewal application. All fields must be filled out to remain eligible for the payroll deduction plan. You must select which month to start (no earlier than December) and the number of equal deductions. All payroll deductions must be completed by your May paycheck.
Payroll deduction forms must be received by the 6th of the month to be deducted from that months' paycheck.
Interest Free Payment Plans (for season ticket renewals)
Automatic Deduction: Multiple payment plans are available for 2025-26 basketball season ticket renewals. Depending on when the renewal is submitted, payment plans ranging from 3-5 months may be selected. Payments, made on a credit/debit card, will be divided evenly for the number of selected months on existing season tickets in your account. Subsequent payments will be automatically deducted from your credit/debit account on the last business day of each month. The order processing fee must be paid in full at the time the renewal application is submitted to the Ticket Office.
*The credit card provided must be valid through October 2025.
**All payment plans not completed by October 1, 2025 will be suspended, and the season ticket(s) will be released. Previous payments will be applied to the account holder for single home men's basketball game ticket purchases during the 2025-26 season. Refunds will not be issued.

Eligible University of Oregon employees can purchase up to two (2) season tickets at a reduced rate. Renewing tickets can be paid for by payroll deduction, check or credit card, in the name of the employee. Tickets are not transferable and are issued specifically for the use of employees, their spouse, family and or guest(s). Eligible employees are full-time UO faculty or staff (minimum .50 FTE).

Postseason Events hosted at Matthew Knight Arena
If Oregon is not invited to the NCAA Tournament and elects to host a post season tournament, when possible, men's basketball season ticket holders will have right of first refusal on their same regular season ticket location (including club access if applicable) within a priority ordering period. After the priority ordering period, the same seats and club access are not guaranteed. This is not applicable if Oregon does not participate in the tournament.
General Ticket Information
Address Changes: For our customer's protection, all address changes must be submitted on an Oregon Athletic Ticket Office address form, or by submitting an account update form online. It is your responsibility to inform the University of Oregon Athletic Ticket Office of any changes to your address, or contact information. Please contact the Ticket Office at 1-800-WEBFOOT for an official form or click here for the online address change form.
Children / Lap Seat Policy: Children under the age of 2 do not need a ticket to enter Matthew Knight Arena, but must sit on the lap of a ticketed patron. All patrons 2 years and up need a ticket to enter the venue.
Clear Bag Policy: Fans may bring in one (1) clear bag no larger than 12" x 6" x 12" or a 1-gallon plastic storage bag. Fans are limited to one clear bag per person, along with a small clutch or purse for privacy. CLICK HERE for further clear bag information and a visual of permitted bags.
Lost or Destroyed Tickets: With our move to mobile tickets, your tickets will always be at your fingertips. Available anytime on your smartphone, you can access your tickets via the Go Ducks Gameday App. As long as you have your phone in hand and it is charged, you'll have your tickets. If you are having troubles accessing your tickets, you can always visit our box office on gamedays.
Gates & Re-Entry: Doors open 1 hour prior to tip-off. Re-entry is not allowed.
Refunds: No refunds or exchanges are permitted unless an order cannot be filled. Refunds will not be granted due to a game time or date change.
Student-Athlete Guest Admissions: University of Oregon and Visiting School student athlete guest admissions will take place at the West Gate at Matthew Knight Arena starting 60 minutes prior to tip-off. Photo ID is REQUIRED.
Will Call: The Matthew Knight Arena Will Call Windows are located at the West Box Office. The office will open 1 1/2 hours prior to tip-off and close at half time. Photo ID is REQUIRED.

Accessible Seating
Due to the high demand of wheelchair accessible seating in Matthew Knight Arena and new ADA regulations, the Oregon Ticket Office requests that season ticket holders who purchase wheelchair accessible season tickets only use those tickets if you or your patrons are in a wheelchair. The Ticket Office will try to accommodate any requests for customers that need limited mobility seating but are not in a wheelchair.
The Ticket Office reserves the right to exchange tickets the day of game if patrons seated in accessible seats do not require this seating. Customers who need to make accessible seat arrangements must contact the Ticket Office prior to the day of the game. Accessible exchanges are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis and are subject to availability, we cannot guarantee that requests for exchanges will be granted.
Facility Enhancement Fee / Arena Bond Fee
The Facility Enhancement Fee is a fund that will ensure that all University of Oregon athletic facilities will be maintained and improved throughout the future of Oregon Athletics. All season and individual game tickets will include a Facility Enhancement Fee. Every ticket over $8 that is sold to an event at an University of Oregon Athletic facility will have a minimum $1 fee added to it. This fee goes to the payment of the bond that was used by the University for the building of Matthew Knight Arena.
