Ducks to Host Big Ten Championships

EUGENE, Ore. – The Oregon track and field team will host the 2027 Big Ten Outdoor Championships as announced Thursday by the league office. The meet will take place May 14-16, 2027, at Hayward Field.

This will be the 12^th time the Ducks have hosted a conference meet in Eugene, and the second time the Big Ten will crown its outdoor champions in the Pacific Northwest with UO also hosting in 2025. Oregon will also host the 2027 NCAA Championships (June 9-12) just over three weeks later.

2027 Outdoor Postseason Schedule
May 14-16 – Big Ten Championships (Eugene, Ore.)
May 26-29 – NCAA First Round (East: Jacksonville, Fla.; West: College Station, Texas)
June 9-12 – NCAA Championships (Eugene, Ore.)

With Thursday's announcement, the 2026-27 Big Ten championship rotation is complete. The Big Ten Cross Country Championships will be contested Friday, Oct. 30, in Madison, Wis., and the 2027 Big Ten Indoor Championships (Feb. 25-27) are set to return to Indianapolis.

Ticket information will be announced later this fall.
