SUMMER 2009
The everyday first baseman for the Waimea Waves of the Hawaii Collegiate Baseball League…helped the Waves to a league-best 28-12 regular-season record before falling to the Waikiki Surfers in the HCBL Championship Series… finished his season hitting .245 with 18 runs scored, eight extra-base hits, 20 RBIs and a .992 fielding percentage…helped field a league-leading 24 double plays.
AS A FRESHMAN • 2009
A back-up first baseman, appeared in 20 games made nine starts (6 first base, 1 designated hitter)...ended the season on a five-game hitting streak from May 11-23, hitting .294 with two RBIs, one double and one run scored...on the season batted .250 (6-for-24).
HIGH SCHOOL
A 2008 graduate of Bozeman High School in Montana...was an honor roll student...played club baseball for the Bozeman Bucks under head coach Mitch Messer, winning the 2007 state championship.
