2010-11: Outdoors - Redshirt season. Competed unattached in the high jump at the Oregon Preview. Indoors - Redshirt season.
Before Oregon: Was the 2009 state runner-up in the high jump as a senior for Putnam High School, clearing a prep-best 6-8/2.03m at the state meet. Top mark in the triple jump, 44-4/13.51m came two weeks earlier at the Three Rivers League Championships. Attended Mt.
