ONE-TIMERS

STOUT DEFENSE
The Ducks have allowed just two goals - and only one in the run of play - through eight matches which is the fewest allowed to start a season in program history. The previous mark was four by the 1981 team. In the modern era, the 2018 squad allowed five goals in its first eight matches. Oregon's 0.25 goals against average is tied for first in the Big Ten and sixth nationally. The Ducks are also tied for the Big Ten lead in shutouts with six, which is tied for fifth nationally. The Ducks have allowed just one goal in the run of play this season (Rutgers) with the other score coming on a penalty kick at Santa Clara.

SCORELESS STREAK
Oregon's scoreless streak came to an end Sept. 10 in the second half against Rutgers, but not before becoming just the fourth scoreless streak of 400 or minutes in program history at 406:29. The streak started after Santa Clara's third minute goal on Aug. 20 and included clean sheets against San Francisco (Aug. 23), Oregon State (Aug. 27) and Utah (Sept. 3).

DUCKS UNBEATEN IN NONCONFERENCE PLAY
Oregon went unbeaten in nonconference games (5-0-1) for just the second time since 1981. The 2021 team was 5-0-3 in nonconference action. The Ducks' 1980 and 1981 teams were also undefeated in nonconference games.

FOR THE OFFENSE
The Ducks' 18 goals through eight games is the program's best offensive since 2021 when the Ducks also scored 18 goals in eight matches. The Ducks are third in the Big Ten in goals, goal differential (+16), shots per game (17.5) and shots on goal per game (8.38), and are fourth in points (51).

UNBEATEN STREAK ENDS AT EIGHT
Going unbeaten in its last two matches of 2025 and the first six of this season gave Oregon an unbeaten streak of eight (6-0-2), which is tied for the fourth-longest streak in program history and was the Ducks' longest since a 12-game unbeaten streak spanning the 2020-21 seasons.

WHITE ON TO THE ROUND OF 16 AT THE U20 FIFA WOMEN'S WORLD CUP
Freshman forward Giselle White and Argentina have moved on to the knockout round of the 2026 FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup in Poland. After spending two weeks in training camp with Argentina's U-20 National Team in August, White was selected as one of 21 players to represent Argentina in the World Cup. Argentina opened the tournament with a 3-0 loss to Poland on Sept. 5 before advancing to the Round of 16 with an 8-1 decision against Benin on Sept. 8 and a 3-2 win against Mexico on Sept. 11. Argentina will face South Korea in the knockout round on Sept. 16.

DUCKS SPLIT OPENING BIG TEN WEEKEND
The only goal allowed in the run of play by Oregon this season proved to be the difference in a 1-0 loss to Rutgers on Sept. 10. The Ducks outshot Rutgers 20-16 and put ten shots on net, but could not break through. The Ducks bounced back Sept. 13 with a 1-0 win against Maryland. Lauren Hunter rifled a shot into the back of the net from distance in the 71st minute. Set up by a team-leading fourth assist by Carly Cormack, it was Hunter's second game-winning goal of the season.
