Ashley Fallgren joined the Ducks as an assistant coach in August, 2025.
"Ashley was a base and tumbler during her time as a student-athlete, so I'm excited to add some new techniques and perspectives to our 'bucket,' Susnara said. "She brings calm, fun energy, so I'm looking forward to getting things going in a couple of weeks!"
A Gannon University graduate, Fallgren joins the Ducks after concluding her career as a student-athlete. Fallgren earned a bachelor's degree in accounting and sports management.
She went on to complete a master's degree in business administration while competing with the acrobatics and tumbling program from 2020-2024.
The Beaverton, Ore. native helped Gannon secure a runner up finish at the 2022 and 2024 NCATA National Championships. Fallgren competed in all six acrobatics and tumbling events during her career. In 2022, the Golden Knights finished 8-1, posting a 271.875 final meet score average for the season. Gannon recorded six wins in 2024, finishing with a 271.882 meet average score.
"I am incredibly grateful and excited for this new journey at the University of Oregon," Fallgren said. "Working alongside Coach T and Coach Jacie – building up athletes to believe in all they are capable of is my biggest goal, and I can't wait to see what this program accomplishes this season!"
Fallgren's coaching career began in Tigard, Ore., at the Westside Dance and Gymnastics Academy, which featured Oregon's first youth acrobatics and tumbling team. Fallgren worked with Westside in 2022 and 2024 as a youth gymnastics instructor and acro development coach.
