
Oregon Matches Program Record With Four All-Americans

AZUSA, Calif. — Four Oregon student-athletes earned All-America honors from the National Collegiate Acrobatics and Tumbling Association following the 2026 NCATA National Championships, matching the program record for selections in a single season.Â
Senior Blessyn McMorris, sophomore Carly Garcia and junior Ashlyn Parlett were named first-team All-Americans, while sophomore Angelica Martin earned second-team honors.Â
McMorris became one of 13 Ducks in program history to earn multiple All-America selections, receiving the honor for the second consecutive season. In her final year, she anchored Oregon's top-scoring pyramid event. The Linwood, Illinois native earned NCATA Athlete of the Week honors twice and was named Specialist of the Week in Week 4 after helping Oregon post scores of 9.95, 9.90 and 9.80 in the pyramid.Â
Garcia earned first-team recognition for the first time. After helping Oregon win the trio tumbling event final with a 9.150 earlier in the day, she added another postseason honor. The Lathrop, California native was a consistent presence in the Ducks' tumbling lineup throughout the season.Â
Parlett also received first-team honors for the first time. She contributed key routines in the pyramid and toss events, delivering consistent execution in high-pressure moments. She was named NCATA Athlete of the Week in Week 3 after helping lead Oregon to strong scores in the pyramid.Â
Martin earned second-team All-America honors for the first time in her career. The sophomore base was a regular contributor in Oregon's lineup, providing steady performances throughout the season.Â
Additionally, Nicole Jackson received the Louise Goodman Academic Achievement Award, presented annually to the junior or senior student-athlete with the highest cumulative grade-point average among teams competing at the NCATA National Championship Tournament.Â

BY THE NUMBERS: Oregon now has 36 All-America selections from 21 student-athletes in program history, both ranking second-most since the sport's inception 16 years ago.Â
The Ducks have had multiple All-Americans in four consecutive seasons and at least one selection every year in program history. Under head coach Taylor Susnara, eight student-athletes have earned All-America honors.Â
