Moore Adds Two More Preseason Watch Lists

EUGENE, Ore. – Preseason honors continue to roll in for Oregon's Dante Moore this week as the Ducks' quarterback was named to the Johnny Unitas Golden Arm Award watch list on Wednesday and the Davey O'Brien National Quarterback Award watch list on Thursday.

Moore is one of 27 players on the watch list for the Golden Arm Award, which recognizes quarterbacks who demonstrate excellence both on and off the field. He is one of 30 quarterbacks on the watch list for the Davey O'Brien Award, which goes to the nation's most outstanding signal caller.

Moore was also named a preseason first-team all-American by the Associated Press earlier this week.

The Ducks came in at No. 2 in the preseason Associated Press poll on Monday, the highest opening ranking in program history. Oregon will kick off the 2026 season against Boise State on Saturday, Sept. 5, in Autzen Stadium (12:30 p.m., CBS). Season and single-game tickets are available at www.GoDucks.com/fbtix.
