Biletnikoff Award Recognizes Hooks, Johnson

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Oregon wide receiver Iverson Hooks and tight end Jamari Johnson were named on Wednesday to the preseason watch list for the 2026 Biletnikoff Award, which is presented by the Tallahassee Quarterback Club Foundation, Inc., and recognizes the most outstanding FBS receiver regardless of position.

Hooks is entering his first season with the Ducks and fifth season of college football after spending the last four years at UAB. Johnson is going into his second season with the Ducks and was also previously named to the Mackey Award watch list and the Walter Camp preseason all-America second team.

The Ducks are No. 2 in the preseason Associated Press poll, the highest opening ranking in program history. Oregon will kick off the 2026 season against Boise State on Saturday, Sept. 5, in Autzen Stadium (12:30 p.m., CBS). Season and single-game tickets are available at www.GoDucks.com/fbtix.
