Ducks to Play UC Riverside, Seattle U on Saturday

EUGENE, Ore. – The Oregon women's tennis team looks to keep its perfect home record intact Saturday, as the Ducks host a doubleheader with UC Riverside (10 a.m.) and Seattle U (5 p.m.) at the Student Tennis Center.

The Ducks have won back-to-back matches, including a 6-1 home win last Saturday over in-state rival Portland. Oregon is 4-0 at home this season, while its only loss of the spring has come at then-No. 22 Texas Tech.
Through six dual matches, UO has compiled a 23-4 overall singles record while its doubles teams are a combined 10-3. All six singles players in the Ducks' lineup boast winning records, including undefeated Bridget Mihulka (5-0) and Hinata Furutani (3-0).
Oregon's freshman doubles duo of Hadley Appling and Virginia Crocker are a team-best 3-0 so far this spring, playing every match at the third position in the lineup. Furutani and Juliet Santitto are 2-1 and the top tandem of Tilde Jagare and Olivia Symons are 4-2.
Oregon is 1-0 all-time against UC Riverside, with the first matchup happening in 2020. The Ducks are a perfect 13-0 all-time against the Redhawks after a 7-0 sweep in Eugene a season ago.
