SPOKANE, Wash. – The doubles team of Patsy Daughters and Bridget Mihulka won their doubles consolation bracket Sunday to highlight the Oregon women's tennis team's final day of the Gonzaga Invitational at Stevens Center.

Daughters and Mihulka were able to defeat Washington State's Chisato Kanemaki and Martina Puvill, 6-2, for their third consecutive victory to close out the three-day tournament. So far this fall, Daughters and Mihulka are 4-2 when paired together.
During singles play, Daughters claimed a second straight 6-0, 6-1 victory in as many days, this time taking down Angel Bean from Montana State in the consolation bracket. Also in a consolation match, Olivia Symons earned a 6-3, 6-3 victory over Chisato Kanemaki of Washington State for her second straight win.

Daughters and Symons each went 2-1 in singles action for the weekend, as did freshman Hinata Furutani, who reached the semifinals of her bracket on Saturday.
A pair of Ducks return to action this week, with Virigina Crocker competing in the ITF W15 Lincoln in Lincoln, Neb., starting Monday, while Tilde Jagare will compete for a spot in the NCAA Fall Championships at the ITA Sectionals in Seattle that gets underway on Thursday.
