Jo-Yee Chan, Uxia Martinez Moral and Karin Young each lead the team with six singles wins on the spring season, with Young boasting a team-best 6-1 mark. Chan improved to 6-3 after a pair of three-set wins at the second position in the lineup last week. Sophie Luescher, playing every match at No. 1 in the singles lineup, is 5-3 after going 2-0 last weekend.
On the double side, Oregon has clinched the doubles point in seven of nine matches this season. Freshman Candela Aparisi and Young own a team-high five doubles victories this spring. Chan has four total doubles victories across three different pairings, while Luescher also owns four doubles wins with two different partners.
The Hawkeyes have won four straight matches, including a 5-2 win over the Cyclones, and are led by the nation's No. 110 ranked player in Daianne Hayashida. Meanwhile, Iowa State has dropped four consecutive contests after beginning the spring 2-0.
Oregon and Iowa have split the previous six all-time meetings, as the Ducks defeated the Hawkeyes 4-1 in Eugene last season. UO claimed the only previous meeting with ISU back in 2011.
