
Ducks Cap Off Weekend with Two Singles Wins

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. – Uxia Martinez Moral finished off a perfect 3-0 weekend of singles play while Rifanty Kahfiani picked up a win in her match on the final day of the Kitty Harrison Invitational Sunday.
How it Happened: Martinez Moral swept Hunter Bleser of Virginia, 6-3, 6-4, to pick up her third victory of the weekend. The freshman finished the weekend unbeaten in singles play to improve to 5-2 on the year while going 1-1 in doubles.
Kahfiani got her first singles win of the weekend with a 6-4, 7-5 victory over No. 90 Chloe Gullickson of Virginia. The senior improved to 6-3 on the fall in singles play and is now 7-4 for the season in doubles after going 1-1 over the weekend.
