2023-24: Indoor – made collegiate debut at the BU Season Opener with a time of 8:07.48 over 3,000 meters … lowered lifetime best in the mile to 4:02.84 at the Eagle Elite meet in Boston … ran 4:04.81 two weeks earlier at the Razorback Invitational … also posted a best of 8:01.00 in the 3,000 meters at the BU Eagle meet. Outdoor – did not compete.
Before Oregon: 2023 European U20 champion (steeplechase)…2022 European U18 champion (2,000-meter steeplechase)…finished in 29th place in the U20 race at the 2023 World Athletics Cross Country Championships…2023 Spanish U20 champion at 5,000 meters and in the steeplechase…prep bests of 1:51.61 at 800 meters, 3:47.26 for 1500 meters and 8:39.16 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase.
