Two-Time All-American
2012-13: Member of Oregon’s NCAA Champion Cross Country and Indoor Track and Field Teams. Outdoors - Limited to four competitions due to injury. Had a best in the steeplechase of 10:42.21 at the Cardinal Invitational. Placed ninth in the 10,000 meters at the Pac-12 Championships (36:29.91). Indoors - Second team all-American in the 5,000 meters. Finished 16th at that distance at the NCAA Championships (16:46.52). Ran a personal best 15:53.73 5,000 meters in a third-place finish at the Husky Classic. That was the fifth-fastest indoor time in school history. Was fifth in the 3,000 meters at the MPSF Championships (9:18.91). Pac-12 second team all-academic. Cross Country - Placed third in the first meet of the season at the Park Pier Invitational with a time of 17:32.2 (5,000 meters). Helped the Ducks win the Dellinger Invitational with an individual time of 17:03 (5,000 meters), placing sixth overall. Ran at the Pac-12 Conference Championships and recorded a 23rd place finish with a time of 20:58 (6,000 meters). Played a key role to help the Ducks win the conference championship. Was a member of the first place team at the NCAA Division One West Regional, contributing an individual 26th place finish with a time of 20:17 (6,000 meters). Huge performance as the third place finisher for Oregon’s national title team. Her 39th place finish overall came in a time of 20:15.0 (6,000 meters). Awarded All-American status by the USTFCCCA. Season Bests: Outdoors - 3,000 Meter Steeplechase - 10:42.21, Cardinal Invitational, Stanford, Calif. (4/28/13). Indoors - 3,000 Meters - 9:18.91 (PR), MPSF Championships, Seattle, Wash. (2/23/13); 5,000 Meters - 15:53.73 (PR), Husky Classic, Seattle, Wash. (2/8/13).
2011-12: Joined the team just prior to the spring quarter and appeared in one meet, running the 3,000 meters at the Oregon Twilight (9:42.24).
Before Oregon: Won the NAIA national steeplechase title for Jamestown College in 2011. Set the school record in winning in 10:25.83. Also holds Jamestown College records in the 5,000 meters (17:32.28), indoor mile (4:59.94) and indoor 3,000 meters (9:51.36), and was also on the record-setting distance medley relay team. Won 11 NAIA All-America awards during her career at Jamestown. Conlon finished eighth overall at the 2011 NAIA national cross country championships and 14th as a freshman in 2009. Jamestown Bests: 3,000 Meter Steeplechase - 10:25.83, 2011.
Prep: Was a state top 10 finisher in cross country and on the track at both 800 and 1,600 meters for Jamestown High School.
