2019: Began the postseason with a 28th-place finish at the Pac-12 Championships (Nov. 1) … finished seventh in the UO lineup with a season-best 8K time of 23:48.6 … was fifth in the lineup and 28th at the NCAA West Regional Championships (Nov. 15) … finished 140th overall and fifth in the scoring lineup in his debut at the NCAA Championships (Nov. 23) … opened the year with a fourth-place finish at the Ash Creek Invitational (Sept. 6) … ran 24:18.2 over 8K to finish 36th overall and seventh in the UO lineup at the Bill Dellinger Invitational (Sept. 28).

Competed in 12 meets over two years for the UO Running Club before joining the roster … finished fourth at 3,200 meters in 9:18.53 at the 2016 CIF-SS Division 2 Finals as a senior at Tesoro HS … also qualified for the CIF Prelims at 1,600 meters.
