Redshirted after suffering a season-ending injury early in the season … Started first 10 games of season … Batted .097 with four RBI, a double and two triples in 31 plate appearances … Opened season going 1-for-3 with a double, a run scored, a walk and a stolen base in 3-0 win at Hawaii … Went 1-for-3 with a RBI in 9-5 win at Hawaii … Went 1-for-4 with two RBI and a triple in 5-2 loss at No. 17 Cal State Fullerton … Walked and scored two runs in 9-1 win over CSF in final game before getting hurt.
2012 SEASON
Hit .287 with 40 RBI (18 in two-out situations), 11 doubles, four triples and six home runs ... Drove in the game-winning run on 10 occasions, and was walked a team-leading 29 times ... Recorded 10 multiple-RBI games and 14 multiple-hit games ... In the Eugene Regional drove in four runs on two hits with a double and triple ... Batted .381 the week of May 1-6 with four RBI ... Scored the game-tying run in UO’s come-from-behind series-clinching 3-1 victory at Arizona ... In Oregon’s 3-1 victory over ASU, became the first Duck to hit two home runs in a single game since the program was reinstated ... Hit his second home run of the season at Washington ... His walk-off single to left scored Vernell Warren and ended a 13-inning battle as Oregon defeated Long Beach State, 3-2 ... Hit the first home run of Oregon’s season in the fourth inning of the Ducks’14-5 win at Hawaii.
2011 SEASON
Appeared in 30 games – starting 24 – mostly in left field or at designated hitter … Missed the first 15 games of the season (Feb. 28-March 12) with a broken hand … Hit .250 (26-for-104) with 21 RBI, 14 runs scored, three doubles, two triples and two home runs … Recorded eight two-out RBI, along with seven multiple-hit and five multiple-RBI games … During the last 14 games of the year as UO finished 10-3-1, batted .317, driving in nine runs with three doubles, two triples, a home run, .561 slugging percentage and .404 on-base percentage … In just the second at-bat of his career, hit a three-run homer to left, and finished the game with four RBI as UO opened its series at San Diego with a 6-3 win … Drove in two runs in UO’s 10-7 win at San Diego … Drove in a run in the 10th inning as the Ducks completed the sweep at San Diego with a 6-4 win … Batted 2-for-4 and drove in three runs as Oregon defeated Portland 14-3 … Fell a home run short of the cycle, batting 3-for-5 with a two-run double and bases-clearing three-run triple as Oregon defeated Seattle … The next day hit that home run – a two-run shot – in a 7-7 tie at Seattle … Batted 3-for-4 with two runs scored, a RBI and double in the series-opening 6-2 win over Stanford.

A 2010 graduate of Chino Hills High School … Played four years at shortstop and in the outfield for head coach Kyle Billingsley … A two-time All-Sierra League selection … During his senior year, batted .359 with 24 RBI, 23 runs scored, eight triples, six doubles and four home runs … Entering his senior year was a preseason all-area selection … In 2009, hit .430 at the plate with 12 doubles … As a junior received rookie of the year honors.
