Played in 28 games as a true freshman while making two starts … Used primarily as a pinch runner entering 18 games in that role … Slashed .231/.333/.308 with a .641 OPS … Went 3-for-13 at the plate with a double, three RBI, two walks and 11 runs scored while stealing three bases … Finished with one multi-hit game and one multiple-RBI game while scoring multiple runs twice … Appeared in 10 Big Ten Conference games, eight as a pinch runner and two as a defensive replacement … Did not make a plate appearance in league games while scoring three runs and swiping one bag … vs. Toledo (Feb. 14-16): Played in three of the four games in a UO series win … Made career debut as a defensive replacement in right field in the top of the ninth inning of the season-opening 9-2 win … Also entered the game in left field the top of the eighth in a 9-0 game three win in the nightcap of a doubleheader, before making an appearance in left field in the series-clinching 6-1 win in the finale ….
