Was hit-by-pitch 25 times to lead Oregon and the Pac-12 ... Scored the game-winning run in the bottom of the ninth as Oregon edged Austin Peay, 6-5, in the Eugene Regional opener (06/01) ... Hit his first career home run in a 6-1 win over Seattle (05/20) ... Named Pac-12 Player of the Week two weeks in a row: batted .353 and drove in six runs, including the game-winning run at Gonzaga: 3-for-4, three-RBI effort in 6-1 win at Arizona, while helping the defense turn three double plays in a series clinching 3-1 win at Arizona … Drove in five runs, including the game-winners against Cal on April 27 and 28 as the Ducks recorded the sweep ... Hit .444 during Oregon’s series win at No. 5 UCLA ... Scored the game-winning run in a 3-2, 12-inning win at Hawaii on Feb. 18, and also went 4-for-5 at the plate that day.
2011 SEASON
Appeared in 12 games and made four starts all at second base … Hit .188 (3-for-16) with four runs scored … Was walked on two occasions … In a start at San Diego, was hit by a pitch, scored a run and singled as UO defeated the Toreros 10-7 … In a start against Seattle, singled and scored a run in a 10-5 victory.
SUMMER BALL
Played for the Bourne Braves in the Cape Cod League following sophomore season … Appeared in eight games for the Rochester Honkers in the Northwoods League following freshman season.
HIGH SCHOOL
A 2010 graduate of San Clemente High School, played four years as an infielder for head coach Dave Gellatly … As a senior hit .419 and led the Tritons with 18 doubles and 31 runs scored … Was named to the CIF Southern Section Division I Second Team, and was voted first-team All-South Coast League … Was named to the Orange County Register All-County team, and was chosen to play in the Orange County All-Star Game … Also played one season of football.
