The 2025 Big Ten Indoor Championships begin Friday in Indianapolis, Ind.
EUGENE, Ore. – The track and field postseason begins Friday with the Big Ten Indoor Championships at the Fall Creek Pavilion in Indianapolis, Ind. Competition begins at 7:10 a.m. PT (B1G+) with the opening events of the heptathlon and pentathlon.
Scoring chances on day one of the conference meet including the pentathlon and men's and women's 5,000 meters, distance medley, pole vault, long jump and weight throw. Preliminary rounds of running events, aside from the 3,000 meters and 4x400 relay, will also take place during Friday's schedule.
Running prelims start at 9 a.m. PT with heats of the mile.

3:50 p.m. – pentathlon 800m | Bullock
4:05 p.m. – men's 5,000m | Bishop, Burns, Laadjel, Norman
4:25 p.m. – women's weight throw | no UO entry
4:40 p.m. – women's 5,000m | Ayyildiz, Cherubet, Thompson, Thorsett
5:20 p.m. – men's DMR
5:45 p.m. – women's DMR

Both the men's and women's 5,000 meters will be run as a two-section final with all UO entries in the second section of each.
Collectively, Oregon enters the weekend with 26 top-five conference times and measures—17 women, nine men—including leading marks from Jadyn Mays (200), Silan Ayyildiz (mile) and Aaliyah McCormick (60H). Ayyildiz, the B1G individual champion in cross country this past fall, is scheduled to run the 3,000 and 5,000 meters this weekend.
The Women of Oregon, the No. 3 team in the latest USTFCCCA national index, are looking for a second leg of a potential conference triple crown after winning the Big Ten cross country title in November.
The conference weekend is also the final opportunity to add or improve national qualifying marks. The top 16 declared athletes in each event and top 12 relays advance to the NCAA Indoor Championships (March 14-15) in Virginia Beach, Va.

The Ducks will host the Big Ten Outdoor Championships (May 16-18) at Hayward Field. Tickets for that meet and the entire home schedule which includes the NCAA Outdoor Championships (June 11-14) are currently on sale.
