EUGENE, Ore. — The Oregon women's basketball team is set for the final weekend of the regular season, beginning with the Ducks hosting California on Thursday at 7 p.m. PT at Matthew Knight Arena.

LAST TIME OUT
Oregon suffered its 11th straight loss Sunday at Washington State 71-61. It was the Ducks' second game against an unranked team since Jan, 21 at California - a stretch of seven straight games.
UO got a combined 53 points from Phillipina Kyei (23), Grace VanSlooten (16) and Kennedy Basham (14). Kyei's scoring output marked a career high and her second 20-point effort while Basham scored in double figures for the second straight game after a career-high 15 at Washington.
Phillipina Kyei added 15 rebounds for her 19th double-double of the season, as she sits along in seventh place in a single season in UO history.
Oregon trailed by five at halftime and cut its deficit to one early in the third quarter before the Cougars closed the quarter on a 16-4 run.
SCOUTING CALIFORNIA
California (16-12, 6-10) has won three of its last five games following a season-long four-game losing streak from Jan. 26-Feb. 4. Over the Golden Bears' last five games, they have picked up wins at Washington and Washington State to go with a home win over Arizona State.
The Bears are led by Ioanna Krimil's 14.0 points per game at a 43.5 percent clip while also pacing her team in 3-point shooting at 42.3 percent. Marta Suarez is the only other player for Cal to average double figures at 11.9 a game to go with a team-high 6.4 rebounds per contest.
Leilani McIntosh is second in the conference with her 5.2 assists per game, as she boasts a 2.1 assist-to-turnover ratio.
As a team, Cal is second in the Pac-12 with both 8.3 made 3-pointers per game and 25.5 3-point attempts a game. The Bears' 12.9 offensive rebounds a game ranks third, while they are fourth in bench points at 19.3 a game.

Junior center Phillipina Kyei, the tallest player in Oregon history, has turned in a double-double in 19 of Oregon's 29 games to lead the Pac-12 while her total is tied for fourth-most in the nation. Kyei has produced a double-double in 11 of the last 14 games, and has four separate streaks this season of at least three consecutive double-doubles and two four-game stretches (career high). Kyei grabbed a career-high 21 rebounds to go with 10 points at Washington on Friday for her second 20-rebound double-double and the 24th in UO history.
» Kyei upped her career total to 27 double-doubles Sunday at WSU with a career-high 23 points and 15 rebounds, as she is now alone in 11th-place in program history. She is just the 23rd player in UO history with at least 10 career double-doubles.

Nyara and Satou Sabally helped Germany qualify for its first-ever Olympic Games while Maite Cazola led Spain to a qualifying berth. Oregon legend Sabrina Ionescu was a member of Team USA's Olympic Qualifying Team, and looks poised to make the national roster as Team USA defends its Olympic gold medal from the Tokyo 2020 Games.
