Head Coach Chelsea Gamble
On Oregon's victory over California:
"I'm super proud of the way we competed for those 60 minutes. To have eight different scorers was pretty awesome and a good testament to the kind of edge we've been trying to find on the offense. Defensively, we just really were able to shut them down. We came off the USC game last week super disappointed in the way we prepared and showed up. The team came back ready to work this week, and I'm super happy with the way we finished tonight."
On the performance of goalkeeper Rachel Hall:
"She's unreal. She's someone that every day shows up to practice ready to work. I think when she's on, she's on, and no one really knows how to stop her. It's been really awesome to see her continuously seeing 40-50 shots per game and coming up with 10-15 saves for us. She gives us a lot of confidence in the backfield. I'm really excited to see how she progresses throughout her career. Being able to see that many shots and get that many saves, especially as a freshman, is pretty amazing."
Goalkeeper Rachel Hall
On her 200th career save:
"An accomplishment like this is something I've been eyeing since high school, but I really owe a shout-out to my defenders for showing me shots I want to save and the shots I can save."
On Oregon's first conference win of the season:
"It's been a long time in the making now, and I wish we could have gotten it earlier. But it feels amazing, one of the best feelings honestly."
Up Next: The Ducks close out the weekend in a rematch against No. 18 Stanford on Sunday at Pape Field at 1:00 p.m.
