Quotes: Head coach Alison Silverio -
"This was a special experience for our team. Making it to semifinals of the first team tournament was a great experience and a valuable lesson. Our team is on the way to building a strong legacy and traditions of excellence. There is so much motivation and determination in these young ladies. Tony and I are honored to be coaching character first student-athletes, and I'm encouraged for what's to come for our program. Onto preparation for our postseason!"
Senior Marlou Kluiving
"Today was a tough battle, but we want to keep our heads up, because we accomplished something special this week. I am thankful that I got to experience all this success as a senior!"
Junior Alyssa Tobita
"Today's match against Stanford was a tough one, but getting to compete with one of the top teams in the nation shows us that we are right there with them. We didn't come out with the best energy in doubles, but we were able to get it started back up in singles. Yesterday's win was like a dream. We had an opportunity to get into the tournament with a win against a top 25 team and we were able to play the way we wanted when it mattered most. I'm so proud of the team energy we brought and the belief we had in one another. To prep for the NCAA's, mental toughness will be our main focus in the postseason."
