LOS ANGELES - A second straight day of top-10 competition had the same result for Oregon, as the Ducks were swept 7-0 by No. 8 UCLA at the Los Angeles Tennis Center on Saturday. UCLA moves to 14-4 overall and 3-0 in Pac-10 play. The Ducks even their record at 10-10 overall and 3-3 in conference action.

UCLA's sixth-ranked duo of Tracy Lin and Riza Zalameda got things started for the Bruins in doubles, as they took an 8-2 victory over Celine Rolly and Anna Powaska at court No. 1. That win set the stage for Elizabeth Lumpkin and Stephanie Wetmore at court No. 3, as they clinched the doubles point with an 8-1 victory over Stephanie MacFarlane and Mimi Songsermsawas.

After claiming the doubles point, the Bruins also took control in singles play. With three players ranked in the nation's top 100, the Bruins swept the Ducks in singles play.

Zalameda, currently ranked seventh in the nation, defeated Rolly, 6-3, 6-3 at the top of the lineup. At the No. 2 spot, 47th-ranked Lin came from behind to defeat Carmen Seremeta in three sets, 4-6, 6-3, 10-6.

Ashley Joelson recorded a 6-4, 6-3 win over Powaska at the No. 3 position, while Lumpkin, currently ranked at No. 82, defeated MacFarlane, 6-4, 6-3 at the No. 4 spot.

First to finish was UCLA's Alex McGoodwin at court No. 5, as she put together a 6-0, 6-2 victory over Oregon's Claudia Hirt.

UCLA junior Anna-Viktoria Lind clinched the match for the Bruins at court No. 6, taking a 6-2, 6-1 win against Oregon's Siobhan Cavan.
