
Ducks Falter Against Golden Bears

EUGENE, Ore ? The Oregon women's lacrosse team fell, 12-4, to the California Golden Bears Sunday, April 30 in their final regular season game at Pape' Field.
After Alison Leiner scored the game's first goal for the Ducks, the Bears went on to score 12 straight goals, taking control of the game for good.
Also scoring for the Ducks were Jana Bradley, Jenny Browne and Erin Gaebe.
The Bears were led by reigning Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Player of the Week Laura Cavallo and Liz Reifsnyder, who each scored four goals.
The victory earned the Bears the third seed in next weekend's Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Tournament, dropping
"It would have been fantastic to have momentum heading into the conference tournament," said Oregon Head Coach Jen Larsen. "We'll do our best. That's what we try to do all the time."
The MPSF Tournament will be held May 5-7 at Pape' Field. The Ducks are scheduled to face St. Mary's at
