The Huskies (25-1, 16-1 Pac-10), fresh off clinching their second consecutive conference title on Thursday night against Oregon State, dominated the first two games, hitting .364 in the first and .531 in the second.
The Ducks (12-16, 1-15) had some chances to bounce back in Game 3, but were undone by 11 attack errors in the frame.
Freshman hitter Mira Djuric led UO with 10 kills, and fellow frosh Katie Swoboda dug a team-high 17 balls from her libero position.
Washington was led by senior All-American Sanja Tomasevic, who had a match-high 15 kills.
Oregon returns home for its final two matches of the season next week, when the Ducks host Arizona and Arizona State on Friday (8 p.m.) and Saturday (7 p.m.), respectively, at McArthur Court.
