2022-23: Indoor - Opened indoor season at the UW Preview (Jan. 14) clocking 9:30.55 for 3,000 meters ... improved 3,000 meter time to 9:27.67 at the UW Invite (Jan. 27) ... set personal bests in the mile and 5,000 meters, coming in at 4:51.98 and 16:27.06 respectively at the Husky Classic (Feb. 10).
Before Oregon: Began collegiate career at Boise State ... 2021 NCAA West Preliminary qualifier in the 3,000-meter steeplechase … clocked a lifetime best of 10:13.22 at the qualifying meet and finished 18th overall … finished sixth in the steeplechase at the 2021 Mountain West Conference Championships … ran at the Hayward Premiere and Oregon Relays, posting a personal best in the 1500 meters of 4:33.33 at the Relays … finished in 35th place at the 2021 Mountain West Conference Cross Country Championships in March … has taken more than 30 seconds off first-ever collegiate steeplechase, a 10:45.63 effort in May 2018.
