2022-23: Indoor – did not compete. Outdoor – made debut at the SDSU Aztec Invitational with time of 1:04.29 in the 400-meter hurdles…fifth at the OSU High Performance meet (1:03.20)…lowered lifetime best to 1:02.73 with first-place performance at the Oregon Twilight.
Before Oregon: 2022 VHSL Class 6 Region B champion in the 300-meter hurdles…won the regional title in 43.17, a personal best…finished fourth in the 300 hurdles at the 2021 VHSL Class 6 State meet…2022 Nike Outdoor Nationals runner-up in the emerging elite section of the 400 hurdles…carries a prep best of 1:03.19 in the event…two-time 2022 USATF Region 3 Junior Olympics champion (300H, 4x100); went on to finish eighth at the USATF National Junior Olympics in the 300 hurdles.
