Before Oregon: 2023 NCAA Championships qualifier for Columbia (3,000mSC)…two-time NCAA East Preliminary qualifier…three-time Ivy League champion…broke the Columbia school record with her lifetime-best performance of 9:51.02 at the Wake Forest Invitational (April 21)…first posted a sub-10 showing to win the Mets Championships (9:56.86) two weeks prior to school record…won Ivy League title in the steeplechase (10:02.86) by more than 14 seconds…ran 9:57.65 at the East Preliminary to advance to the NCAA Championships…finished 18th in the semifinal round at the national meet…set indoor school record of 9:02.24 over 3,000 meters (Feb. 11)…completed the 3K-5K double at the Ivy League Heptagonal Indoor Championships…established additional bests of 4:47.66 in the mile and 15:555.81 at 5,000 meters…just missed All-America honors with a 41st-place finish (20:14.0) at 2022 NCAA Cross Country Championships…runner-up at the Ivy League Championships…earned all-region accolades with a fifth-place finish at the NCAA Northeast Region Championships…ran a 6K XC best of 20:00.4 in the gold race of the Lehigh Paul Short Run…began collegiate career at Duke where she was eighth in the steeplechase (10:08.13) at the 2022 ACC Championships…finished 142nd in debut at the NCAA Cross Country Championships in March 2021.
