2019-20: Indoor – Ran the 400-meter leg on the DMR team that broke the NCAA record with its time of 9:24.52 at the Razorback Invitational (Jan. 31) … posted a personal best of 47.51 in the 400 meters at the Don Kirby Invitational (Feb. 14); just .01 shy of the UO top 10 … helped the 4x400-meter relay to a win and season best of 3:09.52 at the Don Kirby meet … established a personal best of 21.56 (200m) at the UW Preview.
2018-19: Indoor – Ran the 400-meter leg of the DMR that posted a time of 9:28.62 at the Last Chance Elite meet in Seattle … No. 5 DMR performance in program history … time also served as the Ducks’ NCAA qualifier to the national meet … was also part of the first-place DMR at the Razorback Invitational … ran a season-best 48.05 to finished in 14th place at the MPSF Championships. Outdoor – NCAA West Preliminary qualifier with the 4x400-meter relay … team finished 13th overall, just one spot shy of advancing to the national meet … finished third with the 4x400-meter relay at the Pac-12 Championships … team combined for a season-best 3:06.31 at the conference meet … established personal bests of 21.36 in the 200 meters at the Desert Heat Classic and 47.44 in the 400 meters at the Pac-12 Championships … finished fourth in the 400 meters (47.94) at the Desert Heat Classic.
Before Oregon: Capped his prep career as the 2018 OSAA 6A state champion at 400 meters … helped lead West Salem HS to the school’s first state team title in any sport since 2002 … also finished seventh at 200 meters at the state meet … two-time 6A-5 Greater Valley Conference champion at 400 meters … three-time conference champion as a member of the WSHS 4x400-meter relay … part of three league team titles.
