2022-23: Indoor - Competed at the Ken Shannon Invitational (Feb. 24) establishing a personal best time of 14:04.18 for 5,000 meters.
2020-21: Indoor – Made UO debut at the Razorback Invitational … recorded a time of 8:26.85 at 3,000 meters. Outdoor – Finished 11th in the 5,000 meter (14:19.87) at the Oregon Relays … lowered season-best time by more than four seconds with a time of 14:15.53, runner-up outing at the Oregon Twilight (May 7).
Before Oregon…
Finished fifth at the 2019 OSAA 6A State Cross Country Championships … went on to place 11th at the Nike Cross Northwest Regional Championships in 2019 … two-time 6A-1 PIL district runner-up during the 2018-19 season … third place over 3,000 meters at the 2019 OSAA 6A State Championships … was eighth the previous season … established prep bests of 4:03.30 (1,500m) and 8:36.69 (3,000m).
