2010-11: Tied for 51st at The Duck Invitational at 10-over 226 (74-79-73), while playing as an individual ... Finished in a tie for 37th as an individual at the Bandon Dunes Championship, shooting 14-over 230 (72-78-80) .
2009-10: Fall 2009: Did not compete in any tournaments.
Before Oregon: Attended Cole Valley Christian, but played for Eagle High School, since CVC does not have a golf team...Helped lead Eagle to the 2008 state title as a junior by tying for third (68-68-136) ... As a senior in 2009, placed sixth (73-79-152) as Eagle finished fourth in the state ... Won the Idaho Golf Association junior state championship (69-67-136) and the Twin Falls Invitational (66) ... Also a two-time all-conference basketball player.
Personal: Born Rodney Jordan Skyles on September 6, 1990, in Boise, Idaho. Parents are Rod and Ann Skyles. One older sister and one younger brother. Athletic family and includes father who golfed at Boise State, mother who played field hockey at Boise State and an aunt (Ann Skyles), who played basketball at Washington State. Majoring in business.
