Cody Peterman joined the Athletic Medicine staff in the summer of 2019. Peterman is currently responsible for managing the healthcare of student athletes on the baseball team. Prior to his time at Oregon, Peterman was an athletic trainer at the University of Portland.
Peterman earned his bachelor’s degree in human physiology from the University of Oregon (2013) where he served as an undergraduate intern for the athletic medicine staff. He then went on to earn his master’s degree in athletic training from Texas A&M (2016). Peterman has also interned with the Oregon State University and Stanford University football programs.
Peterman takes a professional interest in various manual therapies and postural restoration. In his spare time he’s always seeking new outdoor adventures such as fishing, golfing, hiking and water skiing. A native Oregonian, Peterman currently resides in nearby Coburg. He also enjoys watching baseball and spending time with friends and family.
