COLUMBUS, Ohio — The Oregon men's golf team will make its 19th consecutive NCAA regional appearance under head coach Casey Martin when it tees off at the Columbus Regional on Monday.
The Ducks are one of 13 teams heading to Columbus looking to punch their ticket to a National Championship appearance. The top five teams from each of the six regional sites, along with the top six individuals not on qualifying teams, will advance to the national championships at Omni La Costa Resort and Spa in Carlsbad, Calif., from May 29-June 3.
The Columbus region boasts five teams currently ranked in the top 25: No. 2 Florida, No. 11 Arizona State, No. 14 Stanford, No. 23 Long Beach State and No. 25 Florida State.
