Men's Golf Releases 2026-27 Schedule
08/13/26 | Men's Golf
EUGENE, Ore. – Oregon men's golf head coach Casey Martin announced the Ducks' 2026-27 schedule Thursday. The Ducks are coming off their 19th consecutive NCAA Regional appearance and will look to make their 12th trip to the NCAA Championships during the Martin era, and their first appearance since the 2022-23 season.
Oregon opens its fall slate at the Vuori Invitational (Sept. 14-15). Hosted by the University of San Diego, the tournament will be held for the first time this season as its inaugural edition. The Ducks will then make a quick trip north to Corvallis for the Oregon State Invitational (Sept. 23-24) before returning to the Saint Mary's Invitational for the first time since fall 2021. Oregon is a two-time champion of the event and won its most recent appearance. The Ducks will close their fall schedule at the Preserve Golf Club (Oct. 26-27). Last season, Sebastian Desoisa claimed individual medalist honors with a 17-under 199, highlighted by an 8-under 64 in the opening round, the fifth-lowest round to par in program history. The Ducks also finished third as a team in the 11-team field.
The Ducks will return to the same spring slate they have competed in over the last three seasons.
Oregon will open the spring in Hawaii at the Amer Ari Intercollegiate (Feb. 4-6) before returning to the West Coast for The Prestige (Feb. 15-17), played on the Greg Norman Course at PGA West. Former Duck Aiden Krafft claimed individual medalist honors at the tournament last season. The Ducks will then return to the Bandon Dunes Championship (March 5-7), where Oregon has established itself as the event's most successful program. Since the tournament's inception in 2010, no team has won more titles than the Ducks, who have claimed four championships, including three consecutive titles from 2022-25. The 2024 event was canceled due to weather. Oregon also holds the tournament record for the lowest team score to par, shooting 28-under in 2017. Three former Ducks — Wyndham Clark, Edwin Yi and Ryan Gronlund — each carded 8-under totals to finish tied for second individually in 2017. Former Duck Owen Avrit won the individual title in 2023.
The Ducks will return home to host the 37th edition of the Duck Invitational, March 22-23, at Eugene Country Club. The tournament will be held at Eugene Country Club for the 26th time, which also served as the site of the 2016 NCAA Championships, where Oregon captured the national championship. Oregon has won the Duck Invitational 12 times since the event's inception, most recently in 2025. The Ducks' most recent individual champion was Nate Stember, who claimed the title in 2023. Following the Duck Invitational, the Ducks will make a quick turnaround to close out the regular season at The Goodwin (March 25-27), in Palo Alto, Calif. Oregon will then turn its attention to New Jersey for its third Big Ten Championship appearance, set for April 25-27 at Baltusrol Country Club.
NCAA Regionals will be held on May 17-19. The top five teams from each regional will advance to the NCAA Men's Golf Championship, which will be held at Omni La Costa Resort and Spa in Carlsbad, Calif., on May 28-June 2.
