Oregon, Oregon State to Meet in Portland on Nov. 19
10/16/26 | Men's Basketball
EUGENE, Ore. – The Oregon men's basketball team will face Oregon State in Portland on Thursday, Nov. 19, at Moda Center, marking the first time the in-state rivals have met in Portland since 1996. Tip-off is scheduled for 6 p.m. PT, with the game airing nationally on Big Ten Network.
Â
The matchup will mark the 367th meeting between the Ducks and Beavers, continuing the most contested rivalry in college basketball. The Ducks have dominated the rivalry as of late, winning the last nine contests in a row, dating back to the 2021-22 season.
Â
"This matchup means a lot to the fans in this state and we are excited for it," interim head coach Tony Stubblefield said. "We have so many great fans in Portland and we can't wait to see them all at Moda Center in November."
Â
This marks the second consecutive year the Ducks will play a game at the home of the Trail Blazers, after facing Gonzaga to close the nonconference season last year. It is the first time in nearly three decades that the rivalry game will take place in Portland, after the teams met in the 1996 Far West Classic, a game the Ducks won 64-62.
Â
Tickets will be available through the Moda Center Box Office and online at Ticketmaster.com. A presale for Oregon season ticket holders and donors will begin Tuesday, Oct. 20, at 10 a.m. PT, with tickets going on sale to the general public Thursday, Oct. 22, at 10 a.m. PT. Oregon fans will have designated seating sections in Sections 112-122 and 216-230, although fans may choose seats in any available section.
