Men's Tennis Set for ITA Regionals

EUGENE, Ore. – The Oregon men's tennis team heads to Seattle this weekend for the ITA Northwest Regional Championship, competing Oct. 15-20 at the University of Washington's Nordstrom Tennis Center.

The Ducks will bring the full roster to the six-day tournament, with the Ducks competing in both singles and doubles against players from across the region. The event provides an opportunity for Oregon to build momentum during the fall season and compete for a place at Sectionals and beyond.

The Northwest Regional features programs from across the West, with the singles finalists and doubles champion earning automatic berths to the 2026 NCAA Individual Championships. The singles qualifying draw begins Thursday, Oct. 15, followed by the main draw and doubles competition beginning Friday, Oct. 16.

Seven Ducks will play in the singles qualifying draw: Daniel Hughes, Kohshi Ishibashi, Cameron Burton, Will Semler, Declan Galligan, Russell Soohoo and Sibby Rodi. Rasmus Hembo Mathiasen, Matthew Burton, Sam Olszakowski and Alexis Berquier head straight into the main draw. In doubles, Oregon's pairings include Berquier and Mathiasen, Ishibashi and Olszakowski, Hughes and Galligan, Soohoo and Rodi, and Matthew and Cameron Burton.
