Iva Sucurovic was named Best Middle Blocker at the 2024 U23 European Championships.
EUGENE, Ore. – Oregon volleyball head coach Trent Kersten has added to the Ducks' roster with the addition of middle blocker Iva Šucurovic. She has prior playing experience with the Serbian national team and was named Best Middle Blocker at the 2024 U23 European Championships.
"We're excited to welcome Iva to Oregon Volleyball," Kersten said. "As a middle blocker, she brings size, quickness and an instinctive feel to the position. She has competed at a high level internationally but what sets her apart is her genuine curiosity and drive to keep learning. Iva is eager to grow in every area of her game, and we believe she'll thrive in our environment and develop into a key contributor for the Ducks."
