EUGENE, Ore. — The Oregon women's basketball team returns to Matthew Knight Arena for its final home game in the month of November, hosting Utah State on Sunday at 2 p.m. PT.
The Ducks and Aggies will meet for the first time since the 2018-19 season, when UO came away with a 109-52 victory at Matthew Knight Arena. UO is 5-0 all-time against USU, with a 2-0 home record in the series.

LAST TIME OUT
Oregon passed its first road test of the season with flying colors, using a sharp-shooting second half to run away with an 86-59 win over Washington State at Beasley Coliseum.
For the second time in its last three games, UO's one-two punch of Katie Fiso and Mia Jacobs turned in 20-point scoring efforts with 22 and 20 points, respectively. That, in addition to 10 points off the bench from Avary Cain and 13 rebounds from Ehis Etute, helped the Ducks pick up their first road win of the season and extend their season-opening winning streak to five games.
Oregon's offense, which went 2-for-9 from the 3-point line in the first half, went 9-of-15 in the second for its best 3-point shooting game of the season. Five different players drilled a triple, led by a season-high five from Jacobs who connected on 4-of-5 tries in the second half.
Etute flirted with her first career double-double, as she had nine points in addition to her career-high 13 boards off the bench.
SCOUTING UTAH STATE
Utah State is off to a 3-2 start to the 2025-26 season, as its coming off a 96-41 home victory over Division II Stanislaus State. Prior to the big home win, the Aggies visited Oregon State last Tuesday and fell to the Beavers 71-52.
Aaliyah Gayles paces the USU offense at 13.3 points a night while shooting 40.0 percent from downtown. Sophie Sene leads her team in rebounding at 6.2 a game to go with 9.0 points per game.
As a team, the Aggies lead the Mountain West with 9.0 made 3-pointers a game and are second in 3-point percentage at 35.7 percent. USU's defense is forcing 21.6 turnovers a game, good for second in the conference. Utah State's bench is averaging 27.6 points a game, the second-highest average in the league.
Utah State was picked to finish 11th in the 12-team Mountain West Conference by the coaches.
