Ducks Ranked Fourth in NCATA Preseason Poll
01/31/25 | Acrobatics & Tumbling
EUGENE, Ore. – The National Collegiate Acrobatics & Tumbling Association (NCATA) released its preseason coaches poll Friday morning, tabbing Oregon as the No. 4 team heading into the 2025 season.
The Ducks, who took home four event finals in 2024 and finished as national runners-up in 2023, are one of four teams to receive first-place votes, joining top-ranked Baylor, No. 2 Quinnipiac and No. 3 Gannon. Under head coach Taylor Susnara, the Ducks have never been tabbed lower than fifth in the preseason poll.
All but one of Oregon's seven regular-season meets will be against teams ranked in the preseason top eight. The Ducks will host No. 1 Baylor (Feb. 22, 4:00 p.m.), No. 3 Gannon (March 7, 6:00 p.m.) and No. 5 Mary Hardin-Baylor (March 14, 6:00 p.m.) at Matthew Knight Arena before jetting east for matchups against No. 2 Quinnipiac and No. 8 Iona. Oregon will wrap up the regular season with a rematch against the top-ranked Bears in Waco on April 5.
Tickets for all Oregon home meets, including the Ducks' season opener against Morgan State on Feb. 15, are on sale now at GoDucks.com.
