Doubles Play Highlights Day One of Kitty Harrison Invitational

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. – Oregon once again turned in strong doubles play with Rifanty Kahfiani going 2-0 paired with Julia Eshet and Allison Mulville, while Uxia Martinez Moral picked up a win in singles play on day one of the Kitty Harrison Invitational Friday.
How it Happened: Paired together for the first time this fall, seniors Eshet and Kahfiani started their da with an 8-5 win over William & Mary's Raffaela Alhach and Mila Saric. Martinez Moral and Mulville completed the sweep of William & Mary with an 8-4 win over Vitoria Okuyama and Elisa Van Meeteren.
Kahfiani and Mulville continued their hot play when paired together with a dominating 8-2 win over Lexi Keberle and Liz Norman of NC State.
Martinez Moral ended the day for Oregon by picking up the lone singles win against North Carolina's Sophia Patel with a 4-6, 6-1, 6-4 victory.
