In singles, both Amos and Bartosz Sawicki received byes in to the afternoon's quarterfinal round.
Cormac Clissold and Ethan Young-Smith also secure their spots in the quarterfinals as they each won their opening matches.
Clissold took down Mesa Community College's Sam Cohen, 6-1, 6-4, while Young-Smith put away Meidy Chazeau of Grand Canyon 6-4, 6-0.
In the Flight 1 quarterfinals, Amos won 6-2, 6-3 over Mitch Maroscher (Grand Canyon), while Clissold fell to Oklahoma State's Jurence Mendoza 6-4, 6-4.
In the Flight 2 quarters, Sawicki took down Nathan Roper (Oklahoma State), 6-2, 6-3 and Young-Smith easily won 6-2, 6-3 over Northern Arizona's Thomas Fisher.
