From Head Coach Alison Silverio: "We were faced with tough competition this weekend. I felt we responded positively in certain situations, but did not fully capitalize on all of our opportunities. Resiliency will be a trait we need to continue to develop."
What It Means: The Ducks' weekend at the Washington Invitational allowed the young squad to get a look at and test themselves against three talented teams, including a Pac-12 foe. With two tournaments under their belts so far this fall, the Ducks now look to the USTA/ITA Northwest Regional Championships later this month where they will face their toughest test yet.
Up Next: Oregon will head to Stanford, Calif., where they will compete at the USTA/ITA Regional Championships from Oct. 23-27.
