Ducks Feast on the Eagles, 6-1

Variety was the flavor of the night as the Ducks comfortably rolled to a 6-1 victory over
The Ducks mixed up their lineup but faced no difficulty in winning the doubles point 3-0. The pair of Dominika Dieskova and Ana Cecilia Olivos defeated Kasey Knox and Amanda Manhovitis 8-1. Monica Hoz de Villa and Anna Powaska rolled to a 8-2 victory and Claudia Hirt and Jamie Marshall won their match 8-6.
In singles action, Dieskova dispatched Dvornicka 6-0, 4-1 in the top position. In the second position Carmen Seremeta won her match 6-3, 6-1. Claudia Hirt would get the win at the four spot for the Ducks, defeating Rachel Berger 6-0, 5-2.
The only test of the night would come at the five spot, as
Powaska would close out the win for the Ducks, taking her match 6-0, 6-2.
At the six spot, Jamie Marshall played in her first match of the season, coming off of a broken wrist, was forced to retire late in the second set.
The Ducks return to action March 10th when they host
