
Ducks Finish Week at 4-1, Place Two on All-Tourney Team

The Ducks (8-1, 0-0 Pac-10) beat the Titans (5-3, 0-0 Big West), 30-18, 30-26, 27-30 and 30-18, finishing the tourney with a 3-1 mark. PSU defeated the Ducks head-to-head, earning the tiebreaker for the first-place hardware.
Senior Kelly Russell and freshman Mira Djuric were named All-Tournament, matching the Vikings with two players on the squad. Russell hit .341 for the tournament with 81 kills, while Djuric led
Against the Titans, Russell had a match-high 22 kills and 25.0 points. Junior Erin Little hit .400 and had a double-double with 12 kills and 10 digs in the match.
Freshman libero Katie Swoboda picked up her third 20-plus dig performance of the year, digging a match-high 20 balls.
UO completed its busiest week of the season with a record of 4-1 and are unbeaten on the year in home and neutral site affairs.
