Scott McByrne

Scott McByrne joined the staff in 2021, after spending the previous 10 years as video coordinator for the University of Utah’s men’s basketball team. McByrne assists with all aspects of the team, from game scheduling and travel coordinating, to leading the Ducks video operations and analytics efforts, while also assisting in the team’s on-court preparation and development.
Prior to his time in Utah, McByrne spent two seasons with the then-New Jersey Nets in their video operations department, and has worked under many notable coaches including Larry Krystkowiak, Lawrence Frank, and Avery Johnson.
A native of Newtown, Penn., McByrne earned his bachelor’s degree in Secondary Social Studies Education from the University of Tampa in 2008. He and his wife Carly live in Eugene and have two children, Emma and Bode.
