BIOGRAPHY
2017-18 | SENIOR
Pac-12 all-academic second team selection for the third straight season ... went 19-10 overall in singles play ... played the majority of the spring season at the No. 4 spot, going 9-6 ... won his only ranked matchup of the season, defeating No. 62 Logan Staggs of UCLA, 6-4, 6-4 ... started the spring 7-0 in singles play for an 11 match winning streak spanning from the end of the fall campaign ... recorded his first career victory at the No. 3 position by defeating Portland State's Avery West, 6-3, 6-4 ... finished the year 23-10 in doubles play when partnered with Thomas Laurent, including a 15-8 record in dual play ... posted a 10-2 record at the No. 2 doubles position with Laurent. Fall: went 6-2 in singles play during the fall slate ... reached the ITA Northwest Regional singles consolation semifinals before being forced to retire ... boasted an 11-3 doubles record ... reached the Boise State Fall Classic semifinals with partner Armando Soemarno before falling to a duo from Idaho, 9-8(7) ... partnered with Laurent to earn Oregon's first ITA Northwest Regional doubles championship, defeating the No. 39 duo of Billy Griffith and J.T. Nishimura of California in the finals ... earned an automatic bid to the ITA Fall National Doubles Championships with Laurent, reaching the consolation bracket finals before falling to Florida's Chase Perez-Blanco and Oliver Crawford.
2016-17 | JUNIOR
Pac-12 all-academic second-team ... Went 24-6 in doubles with partner Thomas Laurent, the second-most doubles wins by a pair in UO single-season history ... Finished 19-11 in singles, including a 14-7 mark in dual matches ... Won his match at No. 5 singles against Memphis in first round of the NCAA Tournament ... Clinched win against Washington at home in regular-season finale ... Won six straight matches from Feb. 24 to March 18, including three wins in three days to help the Ducks win the SD Invite in San Diego ... Won 10 straight matches in doubles with Laurent from Jan. 29 to March 17. Fall: Went 5-4 in singles during the fall, highlighted by a strong showing in the Duck Invitational in which he reached the finals of the Green Singles flight before falling, 6-4, 6-3, to teammate Thomas Laurent ... Finished the fall 6-1 in doubles, including an 8-6 win in the doubles finals of the Duck Invitational with Laurent.
2015-16 | SOPHOMORE
Received Pac-12 All-Academic second team honors … owned a 15-7 overall singles record, including a 14-6 dual-match record … competed primarily at the No. 5 spot, going 12-6 … handed USC’s Thibault Forget his first loss of the spring season, winning 7-6 (5), 7-6 (3) and tying the overall match up at 3-all against the No. 8 Trojans … in doubles, he went 21-5 for the second-best record on the team … went 17-4 in dual-matches, playing all of them at the No. 3 spot … had a15-1 record with freshman Thomas Laurent … the two won 15 straight matches, setting a new school record for consecutive doubles victories Fall: Competed at the Easley Memorial in singles and went 1-1 during the weekend ... picked up a win in his opening match before falling in the quarterfinals to Jurence Mendoza of Oklahoma State ... went 5-1 in doubles play with Bartosz Sawicki as the duo competed at the UC Santa Barbara Classic and Easley Memorial ... the pair won their first two matches in flight B in Santa Barbara, advancing to the championship match in their first tournament playing together ... swept the field to capture the doubles title at the Easley Memorial in Las Vegas ... defeated Oklahoma State's Roper/Mendoza 8-6 in the championship match, giving Clissold his first tournament title at Oregon.
2014-15 | FRESHMAN
A welcome addition to the Ducks’ lineup in the spring season, wrapped up his first dual season with a 12-6 singles record and a 9-6 doubles mark … played primarily on courts five and six, logging winning records at both the No. 5 (7-2) and No. 6 (5-2) positions … started off the non-conference portion of the schedule with an 8-2 singles record … won four of his last five singles matches, including two wins at the Pac-12 Championships … 9-6 in doubles, closed the year strong teaming with Jayson Amos on mostly court three (4-1 in their last five matches) … played with fellow freshman Simon Stevens in doubles for the bulk of the season (8 matches), finished with a 2-2 record.
BEFORE OREGON
Clissold was ranked No. 90 in the Australian Men's rankings and No. 711 in the International Tennis Federation (ITF) rankings before he came to Eugene ... this past spring he competed in two tournaments and finished with an 8-2 singles record and an 8-1 mark in doubles ... most recently, he competed in the Gallipoli Youth Tennis Cup in Melbourne where he made it all the way to the championship match ... also participated in the Victorian Junior Clay Court International and won the doubles championship after going 5-0.

Parents are Chris and Catherine Clissold ... has one brother, Aaron, who played for the Ducks from 2009-13.
